Ok, my favorite MerDer scenes.
Season 1 Elevator kissing; the tequilla scene and sex in the car; when Derek brought her to the trailer and said some things about himself.
Season 2 Pick me, choose me, love me; when they were looking each other at the prom; exam room sex
Season 3 Bathtub; when derek said that he's always gonna show up; when he got her out of the water and tried to save her
Season 4 I want to marry you scene; HOUSE OF CANDLES - the best scene so far on grey's
Season 5 I pretty much like everything, but these are some unforgettable scenes; Dancing in the living room; after William's execution; "I want you crappy babies"; when she gave him drink after the fight with Mark...
I love MerDer scenes. I wish that Shonda gives us more of MerDer, they are so cute.

I read all the posts and I really love it all! Every happy MerDer scene is my favourite. I really can't pick just one or two... there were too many good scenes so far :-)
and the one that's missing... proposal :-)

Season 1 : I love the MER "Stop looking at me like that" DER "Like What" MER "Like you've seen me naked" exchange in the stairwell. I also love the scene when he shows up and she is dancing on the porch with the tequila, and the scene when he takes her to his trailer.
Season 2: The Prom scene where they are staring at each other, and then of course the exam room after, and also the scene where Addison shouts that he could care less about what she does "Because I am not Meredith Grey!" and Mer looks up.
Season 3: My total favorite of that season is the moment when Derek tells her that he loves her in the kitchen. SO SWEET, and so long overdue. And also the bathtub scene
Season 4: I guess Derek's speech about how he wants a lifetime, "I want to marry you. I want to have kids with you. I want to build us a house. I want to settle down and grow old with you. I want to die when I'm 110 years old in your arms. I don't want 48 uninterrupted hours, I want a lifetime.". ALthough, I also loved the scene when Mark walks into the elevator and Derek is in there with Rose, Mer, and Addison. Funny. I also like when they guard the door together for the young patients who are having their first time together, very sweet conversation for them, and of course the House of Candles.
Season 5 so far :
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the scene when Mer comes out from William's execution and Derek is there waiting for her and just being there for her, not judging, and then he gets Christina back.
My favorite line from them this season is the "I want your crappy babies" so cute and very Mer Der.
And the kidney in a jar was pretty funny and cute in a twisted way.
I like how they always have a touching little Mer Der scene at the end this season it seems.

Season 1 : the elevator kiss, the "tequila is not good for you" scene and the scene where they are lying in bed after having sex all night long :D
Season 2 : when they are in the elevator and meredtih said:"I miss you" , the scene where Mer crys cause of her mother and Derek calms her, the "you don't get to call me a whore" scene and the exam room scene of course.
Season 3: when Derek visited Mer and He confesses his love to her, the episode where Mer is snoring and the "on a scale of one to ten,how bad is it?" scene, and the scene where they have a fight and Derek said that he feels sorry and he won't leave.
Season 4 : the break up kiss, when Derek asks her to marry him and have kids together, and I also like when they guard the door together for the young patients who are having their first time together , you're right the conversation is very cute and funny, and the house of candle scene.

season one: the scene where der brings her to his land and tells her a bunch of things about him.
season two: in the closet when meredith breaks down because she doesnt want her mother to die alone.
season three: flashback to when they met.
season four: candlehouse!
season five: der dancing and after william's execution.
and i think it was season two, at the end of the bomb episode, derek tells her about the last time they kissed.

i also love the kidney in a jar scene and all of the scenes where mer is snoring :) merder have the best moments! and i CANT wait til the proposal!

Two of my favorites are actually sad moments. When they were on the evelator and Derek was behind her and said "I can't" after smell her hair... And when Mer was crying in the rain and Derek cames and she said "Hating you is the most exhausting"
