Besides...even Cris was planning on changing her name to Burke. When she was trying to get rid of Colin she told that heart patient that she was "soon to be Cristina Burke" If Chris can do it she can!

She will be his wife, that's a pretty huge connection! I don't think you need a tangible symbol of the marriage for everyone to see, but I do think she will wear a wedding band. She isn't wearing the big diamond ring because that isn't her (and it was hit with the baseball bat etc etc), but I think they will both wear a wedding band once they are married.
I think Grey-Shepherd sounds weird...like it is describing a Shepherd as grey in colour. Too wordy for a hyphenated last name!

They'll get married. Have you seen the promo? There is a short part when they are lying in bed, and they start kissing and it looks like they're on their honeymoon, that room is decorated like that...
I personally don't mind whatever she chooses, as long as they are happy and together. Though, I like Meredith Grey-Sheperd. :))))
