Hi Liliana. I agree. I wish Burke would smile more often, too. He has a killer smile. And I think those glasses are so hot. Don't know why, but I love him in his glasses. The funny thing is in life, well usually anyway and not counting the last few months, he is almost always pictured smiling or being goofy. I think Burke is a good role for him because Burke isn't so much like Isaiah the actor. There seems to be parts of all of the actors in their characters, but Burke is definitely the more serious, intense side of Isaiah.Posted 2/12/2007 1:00:00 AM #

"I hope their wedding will be the end of the 3rd season…" Me, too, Simba. It would be a perfect way to end the season and then of course something will leave us up in the air and anxious for season four, but I hope it is about Derek and Meredith and not our couple. Hi cadiex, I don't think the little girl is going to be Izzies. I thought that at first, too, but her daughter should be about 11 and this little girl can't be more than 6 or 7. I haven't figured out the significance of her yet. She is clearly reminding Meredith of herself as a child, but I am still not sure that the child is real.Posted 2/12/2007 1:00:00 AM #

Hi Rose and Burktinaforever, I seem to always be here when you are not. One of these days we will be on line at the same time. I miss purplemerder. Do you think she will join us on this new thread for Burke and Cristina. I know she was very disappointed in Isaiah over the Golden Globes thing, but I hope she will come talk with us about Burke and Cristina. Hi BB...I miss Purplemerder too. Apparently she & some of the others are instant messaging now. Season One last night had the scene with Burke and Cristina coming together in the on-call room, after the lady with the huge tumor died. I got the biggest kick out of Burke trying so hard to be haughty and cool, asking Cristina what was going on with them. And she is just so far ahead of him. Loved it! As you said BB, Burke is still so unsure of her feelings for him. A man who is head and shoulders over the rest of the crowd, and yet he is still unsure of himself in love. It just makes him oh so appealing. I thought at first that only George & Alex showed major character change from Season one to Season three. But I notice alot of change in Cristina as well. Dear Sky. I don't know where you read about Burke and Cristina breaking up. Don't believe evertything you read. Cristina & Burke aren't breaking up....they're getting married. That doesn't mean there wont be hurdles, doubts, bickering, and so on, because oh well...that's just them. I don't think you will ever see Burke and Cristina making out in the elevator (unless of course there's a perfectly good reason) or doing the Mer/Der thing. They are different. So much of their love is left to our imagination. They don't have stupid small talk. They are either silent or extremely intense in their relationship. But one thing for sure is they love each other deeply. And they admire each other. Burke is Cristina's teacher and he loves her the way she is. Cristina has g reat admiration for Burke and she knows he "gets her" like no one else. I can really see them get married and having a couple of kids down the road. Maybe twins. Because Cristina cannot do this "thing" twice. And since she lost a phellopian tube already, she might have to take fertility drugs (much to her chagrin) to get pregnant. This will result in a multiple pregnancy (haha now I am lol). OK now I am on a roll. The twins will be two beautiful little girls. One that looks just like Cristina, and the other on looks just like her daddy. And Cristina will be a super mom. And Preston....well need I say more? they will live for those girls. But they will hire a wife. Because they will both be in the hospital working their asses off. They will manage just fine though. With the wife, or maybe wives...most surgeons in real life have a great life with children. And their spouses have careers too. So people manage.
