   Sorry but Mark and Lexie won't be together before the season 8. 

   Just before that the musical episode be released, Chyler Leigh aka Lexie Grey and Jessie Williams aka Jackson Avery have given a lot of interviews in which they let  hear that the couple they made in the screen should finish the end of season together. A lot of fans appreciate a lot the couple, almost much more than the one made with Mark and Lexie so,  not so sure that the reunion be easy and quick... if it's happen! 

   Of course, Shonda has promised that Mark and Lexie will be together again but it will long on last January, but as she is an inveterate liar, she could "forget" her promises again like she already did this season with the question of the baby ("no baby in Grey's because it was too difficult to run" and look what happened: C/A/M got one and MerDer will ready to welcome one too (adopted or natural child); the question of gay/lesbian wedding as long as the State of Washington where the action is sensed to take place, won't recogniez this kind of unions and look what we have: next week, we will follow Calzona's wedding... So yes, Shonda Rhimes can still renounce to join Mark/Lexie together if the other couple made by Lexie/Jackson is still extremely  popular.. <grin>.
