They'll never be together... Derek and Meredith

       We all know that Meredith and Derek will never end up together. Meredith has too many personal problems she needs to sort out before she can actually begin to really love Derek. She is too worried aboout really falling for someone because if she is happy that person will just be taken away from her in the end. All she really wanted was for her mother to love her but she never got that. She has Derek's love but can't except it. Why? He is he such a good guy and will be there for her unlike so many other people she had in her life when she was growning up. Is she too damaged to ever be able to except his love or can she change everything she has ever believed in. It's not that I don't want them to end up together, its just that in reality i don't think they will. Meredith is beginning to take small steps towards letting Derek in. Finally, I think she has realized she can live a happy life with him. I think her friends need to be supportive of her and the decisions she make. I didn't like it when Christina told Meredith that it would never work between her and Derek. As Meredith's bestfriend, she needs to be there for her no matter the situation or circumstance. I hope it was just Christina's bad experience with Burke that was coming through in that message. It is not Merediths fault that Christina and Burke didn't work out. Christina needs to move aside and finally let Meredith live a happy life.

   i get what you'r saying... deep down i don't think they'll end up together either.. it's just too messy..

   Meredith's trying to work it through in baby steps but at the minimal obstcal she gives up.. she's constatly looking for a reason for them not to work out.. she can't help it.. it's in her blood.. her mother did quite a number on her.. that's why i don't think they'll end up together.. 'cause in a minute everything's okay.. and twenty minutes later Meredith is freaking out about something he did.. and he realizes that.. come on he still has he's trailler...

   Christina was pissed at the time.. and she had her reason's.. but i think the propose of that was to Christina realize that Meredith actually care's about what she thinks.. i think that Christina was afraid the lose Meredith to the psychologist...

   I agree... I think there will be some problems ´cause Meredith is difficult person and Derek´s not perfect, too... But I believe Shoda, she loves MerDer and knows what she´s doing... It would be very awkward, when MerDer break up again, they experienced almost everything - bad and good - they belong together and they both know that... and whatever is going to happen, in the end Meredith and Derek will be together... even if not, there´ll be something what gives us hope, that one day they´ll find a way to be together again... <3
