Why do people seem freaked out with gays

   Ok so I was on another message board, it's my friends board, and I was talking about greys, and this friend came and said he likes it and his favorite actress is Arizona on the show, and he is like "she is the one in a "relationship" with callie. like he did NOT have to say it like "relationship" its like he's scared to say they are in one like he doesn't approve of gays, I dunno when I seen it I was like wow, lol

    

   no i am NOT gay I am straight have a bf :P I just have 3 friends who are gay though (yea 3 met them online lol)

    

   anyways that is what this topic was about, i am gonna ask if he is scared of gays and if he says no why wouldnt he just write relationship and not write it in quotations it makes it stand out there for people to notice, I just think it was wrong of him to write it like that he doesn't do it for mandy moore and whoever she is with :\

   He probably isn't scared of gays ... that is a little bit ridiculous. He probably just isn't comfortable with homosexuality. I have a lot of gay friends but to some of my other straight friends they are awkward about it. Not that they dislike them but they don't know what to say, how to say it - that type of thing. If you don't know the guy then you don't need to start anything with him unless he is being rude. You know better than anyone whether or not he was being prejudice or whether it is something that just bothered you. Thats my opinion ...

   oh i do know him and i dont think he should of said it like that, I even told him that and yea he thinks gays shouldn't happen, cause it's not in the bible :\
