Why is Izzie not telling Alex?

   She's afraid that he would think she's crazy?

   I know Alex, shouted at her about having that Denny thing ... is she afraid that he would leave her because "She's crazy?"

   Alex talked to Addison on Private Practice episode. He said about "He loves Izzie and he falls for crazy chick but he just wanted to run" - Alex a coward now?

   POOR ALEX!!!

   i don't think that alex is a coward.. but poor guy every women in his life turn out crazy... izzie should tell him that she's sick..

   because he's scared probably he think they're all going crazy because of him..  he's not gonna run.

   Well we cant blame izzie why she is not telling him, because he shouted at her and it seems at that time he is implying that izzie wanted the hearing denny thing.

   She might be scared as well, that is why she is trying to make it look that she is okay and enjoying ... when obviously her vision is now showing irregularities.

   Aww Izzie should tell Alex.. this storyline makes me sad. I really like them as a couple. I've been waiting for them to finally work things out, now this!

   Alex did tell Izzie- he wasn't going anywhere.. so I think he's just saying he wants to run, but he wouldn't.

   i dont understand how alex hasnt figured it out yet. he's a doctor, and she definately showed some symptoms when she couldnt see the tape he handed her. i really think she should tell him though!
