That just it Carol, Meredith in the sneak peek practically aknowledge to Cristina that she needs to tell Derek but he is not ready to hear about the miscarriage. Meredith know she is not fine.
I think that Meredith problem is that the others aren't fine and yet they are being clear for surgery, but she is not. If in the conseulor opinion she is not fine then why is he clearing the other who are also not fine. In the second and third episode we will see the consequence of the counselor clearing Cristina and Alex. Cristina fall apart in the OR and Alex can't take elevators, and those are essential things that they need to do their job.
Meredith knows that she can't tell the counselor that she is "fine" because he won't buy it, nobody would be fine after what happened in the finale. So she can't tel him "I'm Fine" she is not stupid, she knows he won't buy it that and if she does say that she is fine then the writers are indeed reverting Meredith.
Meredith is not having any of this episode therefore she is capable of doing her job and that is all that should concern the counselor, nothing else. He was hired by the hospital to evaluate if this people can function in the hospital, he is not doing that since clearing people who are falling apart at their job.

I agree with you, the others aren´t fine, and he shouldn´t have cleared them... All of them...
I was so looking forward to see Dr. Wyatt again... Maybe the trauma counselor will be fired after lots of people falling apart after being cleared for surgery...
But even so, to me it makes sense that she souldn´t be cleared to surgery before telling Derek about the miscarriage. But I understand your point of view now... I didn´t think about the others, or what they being cleared for surgery would mean in Mer´s POV...

ok seriously pple need to wake up; this is a series but in order to be as realistic as possible they need to try to make the caracters react in ways they would. I get that ur pissed that caracters keep reverting but thats how it works when u guve up on resolutons
as for meredith, she is soooooo not reverting. as someone said in their comment if she was, she'd be drowning in tequila; ther IS a difference between growing up (which meredith has done sooooo much) and becoming ur complete opposite in two months.
i also want meredith to tell derek about the miscarriage, but honestly, do u think she'd want to? she's still in the post episode trauma, and i beleive she knows she has to tell him, but she doesn't want to hurt him, also if he' really still is damaged its better she waits
And I LOVED these sneak peeks, + really funny one of derek in jail, and meredith totally holding her ground AWESOME(its on youtube)

LMAO, Derek is acting like a 12 year old who doesn't know what he did wrong! LOL. Good for Mer to leave his @ss in jail.

I don't think any of the characters will revert but I don't expect them to act like complete grown ups either. I mean, Mer is staffing her house of residents. As I see, no married woman does that, so they can do adult things but need a big push.
I don't take Mer not telling Derek about the pregnancy all that alarming, since he is clearly acting like a teenager with his rush. I would be worried too, had he had that info, what would be of him.
I think that Dr. Loser isn't clearing her because he is really just a moron. He cleared someone who was in Psych for a week but won't clear Mer because she is hiding the miscarriage from her husband? How the hell is that preventing her from doing her job?
Someone take away his medical license!
