I, too, want the pregnancy/miscarriage to be a secret for a while, mostly for respect for both Meredith and Derek, and not be the talk of the town.
Don't give a crap about the Bermuda Triangle and whatever Lexie's problem is.

If this is from wikipedia don't trust it, because the season finale had a totally different description than what happened. .
2nd Mark already confessed his feelings to Lexie in "Happy Shiny People"
3rd Owen already made his choice in the season finale.
4rd how are they going to have a description if they haven't started filming the episode yet.
5th I so don't want Meredith to keep anything a secret for long anyway. I think Mer and Der are past the secret keeping. Unless Derek hasn't been discharge from the hospital and they pick up right where they left off in the season finale, but if there is a time jump of weeks or something and Derek has been discharge, I so don't want Meredith keep the miscarriage a secret for too long.

Another thing if Meredith keeps the miscarriage a secret for awhile, Meredith runs the risk of someone else other than her blabbing the miscarriage to Derek.

ana114, that's a good point about someone else blabbing to Derek. Part of me thinks that's actually what's going to happen: Just as Meredith is thinking that she should tell him, April will blab, and then Derek will be furious, because Mer didn't even tell him about the pregnancy, and because he always gets out his feelings by getting mad at Mer.
Also, good point about the wikipedia post.

Looking foward for Mer/Der SL dealing with the shooting and I agree that Mer shouldn't tell him just yet. He is going to be so weak and in pain after a heart surgery. I hope April won't blab about it.
Don't give a crap about both triangles. And I will be pissed if Calzona got a baby before MerDer. Shonda will be really torture us than.
