Aside from what SR said in the post-finale interview, we won't get any type of spoilers until late August/early September.
All we know is:
- MerDer will have a baby SL initiated.
- The Bermuda Triangle is over.
- There is hope for Mark/Lexie.
Don't hold your breath! :)

The bermuda triangle= Teddy/Owen/Cristina, is over!! And I guess it is gonna start another one with Lexie/Alex/Mark.
GA is always with some kind of triangle. Thank god MerDer are over that!

We need another name for that trinagle, LOL. I think that one will be funner because Mark & Alex are quite fun and Lexie can be a good comedic relief from time to time.
By some reason I think Alex would be a good fit to Amelia. I have a feeling that since Amy is really out of the PP league, they'll ship her off to Seattle. I'd like that couple...

i get it, shonda bring us izzie again, and alex should be sad, very sad, and rejected.
then izzie could be inlove mark, thats will the big news, izzie with mark sloan, and then they can have chikdrens a lot babies.

We will see the house in the woods, Derek said in episode 22 he broke ground - started building - laying the foundation when he was made Chief of Surgery. The house should be almost ready to move in.
I want to see Season 7 start in the aftermath of the shooting, Meredith walking into Derek's room, just after he wakes up from his operation. Richard Webber is acting Chief of Surgery while Derek is recovering. No funeral, just a memorial service in the lobby with a plaque with the names of those who died and those that were wounded.
I want to see Mark acting like a teenager to try and win Lexie back.
If Izzie comes back, she has been gone for so long now, that another actress could be recast as Izzie and because Izzie has skin cancer, she had some spots removed from her face, which needed reconstruction surgery, this will explain the new face, and because she has a new face Izzie wants to be known as Isobel or Bel, she has a magazine article written about her how she did modelling to pay her way through med school, and the article goes on to explain how she is living with cancer and how the cancer changed her face. And Bel comes to work at SGMW hospital and makes friends with the old gang, Derek asks Meredith if she's seen Stevens, she was suppose to report to him 2 days ago, Meredith's no I haven't seen her, then Bel walks up to Derek and says to him, you want to tell her or do you want me too. Derek is like you can, Bel grabs Meredith's shoulders, she tells her to look in her eyes and plainly states it's me Izzie, Meredith squints at her shaking her head, and Bel is saying I'm not Izzie anymore, I have changed, I did a lot of soul searching while I was gone and I'm Bel now. Meredith snaps and starts hitting Bel, you have surgery, you relaps and you don't phone us, you don't let us know whats happening, and Bel's like well after what I said, you were not my family you were people I worked with you wouldn't forgive me. Meredith hits Bel one last time then gives her a big hug, Cristina comes up and sees Meredith hugging Bel, and Cristina is what happened and Bel's it's me Cristina, Izzie and Cristina repeats what Meredith did, then they all have a big group hug.
We'll have a crossover with Private Practice, Amelia and Carolyn Shepherd come to Seattle to visit Derek, after the shooting.

If Izzie comes back, I want Alex to shut the door in front of her and yell "LEAVE! I found someone more annoying than you!"
No Izzie back. This already bloated cast can't take it anymore.
I think that the crossover is going to be more mid-season than during Derek's recovery.

As much as I want Izzie back it's so not happening for the long term. KH made her decison when she asked SR to be released from her contract and NOBODY can replace Izzie Stevens. If for some reason Izzie does return for good I don't want her messing with Alex's heart I would want them happy together or not together @ all (if it's gonna lead to heartbreak for alex then I don't want Izzie back)
I think Izzie could possibly return for ONE episode and that's fine with me unless it's only about her (she had her chance in the end of S5 and I love Izzie but NO MORE!) I want closure and the divorce papers weren't enough it can happen on or offscreen but I know she's not coming back for good so I'm not having my hopes up for a guest appearance. As for a crossover with Amelia and Carolyn Shepard it would be amazing on so many levels but it would happend between Episodes 5-10 of S7. I don't know what to expect for S7 but I want it to be good

Haha, I don't know if I could handle a different actress playing Izzie. Katherine Heigl made that character phenomenal.
Anyways, here are the spoilers for next season:
-MerDer will have a baby story line beginning
-MerDer will have their house finished (Cristina supposedly has a room)
-MerDer have "rumored" to be getting a proper wedding
-Derek's sister Amelia and mother Carolyn are doing a cross-over after the shooting takes place
-There was a rumor/spoiler that a house would burn down, and a multi-car pile-up would take place? Sh!t, what if it is MerDer's new house that burns down?
Anyways, season 7 had better start right where season 6 left off. I want to see Meredith and Derek's first conversations after he wakes up. I can't even imagine what will happen. Is she going to tell him about the pregnancy/miscarriage? I don't see how he won't find out anyways since Owen and April know.
IT HAD BETTER F'ING START WHERE SEASON 6 LEFT OFF THAT'S ALL I'M SAYING @ SHONDA RHIMES - DO THIS FOR ME PLEASE!
