Those are the casting sides for a character called Jon in Episode 7.10.
They change the names of the doctors in the sides to try and hide their identities .
But you can try to work out which character they are for .
In this case Dr Smith is a resident whose ex seems to be an attending .That can really only be Lexie and Dr Kane would be Mark
Dr. Kane approaches Jon far enough away so that Dr. Smith can't hear. Dr. Kane quietly says he doesn't know what is going on but he knows better than to mess with Jon on his turf, asks Jon to nod and act like they're having a big debate because Dr. Smith agreed to go out with him if he talked to Jon. Jon says he thought they were over, Dr.Kane shrugs. Jon says Dr. Smith is bossy, Dr. Kane says he digs it. Jon asks what's in it for him, Dr. Kane says box seat tickets to the Seahawks game this Sunday. Jon talks very loud (he's acting) saying he doesn't care if Dr. Kane thinks Dr. Smith is the best resident he's ever seen go through the program but until Dr. Brown orders the drain to be put back in he's just watching out for his patient. Dr. Kane says he understands and respects that and thanks Jon.
Dr Brown would probably be Bailey as it sounds like her running her study she talked about with the chief in theb last episode.
In fact re reading the side about asking he doctor out actually sounds like he is asking Bailey out.
Jon is with Dr. Brown at the Nurses' Station and he's telling her he wasn't kidding when he said she has nice eyes and a nice smile and even her 'OMG, a resident just asked me out how the hell do I get out of it' expression she has now is cute. Dr. Brown starts saying she can't go out with him not because he's a resident but because she doesn't have time in her life for that but then admits it is because he's a resident. Jon tries to talk her into it saying it'll be fun, they'll talk about pancreatic fluid. Dr. Brown says fine because he gave her that information, Jon says and because he's very handsome.

It looks like the next episode will make all us Mark&Lexie fans happy...Did you see the new promo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cgeqZ0blVc I just hope these scenes don't misslead us but no matter what happens at least we'll get to see a kiss..YAY..
