As Shonda says game-changer in the season final.In the my mind it whirls a lot ideas.

1)sLOAN-sLOAN 'll have the child ,but she'll death after the pregnant.

2)Mark'll adopt his grandson with Callie.

3)Callie and Arizona because Callie adopts with Mark,they 'll leave.

4)Cri and Owen 'll leave because Owen reveals his guilty ,he betraies Cri with Teddy

5)Lexie 'll go with Alex again

6)Cri pockmarks among the Jackson's arms

7)Derek and Meredith will struck by that madwoman of April,Derek 'll be in the danger of life while Mer 'll have some problems with her pregnancy.

I 'm thinking that it'll happen ,it's a great cliffanger but i'm scared .

Shonda always says every season finale will be a game changer...but that makes us want to watch the show more and think of ideas that can happen...

1. Derek would cheat on Meredith with April.

2. Owen would cheat in Cristina with Teddy.

3. Cristina would cheat (impossible) with Jackson.

4. Meredith would cheat (more impossible) with Alex.

5. Mark being well...Mark! But take care of Sloane's baby...making him a DAD.

6. Callie and Arizona will not make it and break off since Arizona doesn't want to have baby... Callie then helps Mark's grandchild...

7. Many...many...more...

All I know is that I'm dying to know what will change and sad if the change hurts my favorites! I hate Shonda Rhimes!

There is more chance that 2012 happens than Derek cheating on Meredith or viceversa.
- April will go all psycho on Derek and he'll be badly injured, forcing him to give up Chief.
- Hunt and Cris will break up. Maybe because of Teddy, maybe not. The man needs to get his act together, soon. Can't bear to see Cris like this.
- Mer pregnant would be a good twist but I don't think it'll happen.
- Mark adopts Sloan Sloan's kid and Callie decides to help him full time putting her rel in danger.
- I also thought that either Sloan or the baby would die after birth but that's suppose to happen next episode, not on the SF.
- Lexie and Jackson will do the McNasty and Alex will get jealous.
- Even better, Lexie and Alex move out of the house and live all together.
- Something has to happen to Izzie's fertilized eggs. Perhaps Alex will do something about it?

Alex and Lexi want to start a family, but because of fertility problems, Alex needs the embryos he helped create with Izzie to be implanted into Lexi.

Meredith, preoccupied with happily married life, hasn't noticed quite how instable April has become, so when April the pest calls at an especially inconvenient time asking to talk to Derek, Meredith decides not to give him the message...which ultimately leads Derek to blame Meredith when April does something desperate that Derek thinks he could have prevented.

Cristina breaks up with Owen when she realizes that all his drama has been such a distraction that it causes her to make a serious mistake in surgery. Swears off serious relationships in favor of her career, drifting into one-night-stands.

Mark raises Sloan's baby with his old lover, the lovely but sadly infertile Addison.

I think mer going pregnant, and she will tell derek because derek might be dying and he said he didn't want it be just her.

If you look up interviews with Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo, and Shonda Rhimes you will find that one relationship that has been going on for awhile will undergo massive devastation; this will leave both people of the relationship "devastated". Shonda Rhimes said that at least in an interview. Patrick and Ellen have only confirmed that MerDer will struggle with something major during this season.

I read an interwiev by Patrick Dempsey,he says that something 'll happen to Merder,but he doesn't know ,if it's positive or negative.A game-changer Mer pregnant and Derek in danger.My half-game-changer on Sloan-Sloan is right.

I just don´t think it´s possible that Derek cheats on Mer. I think Shonda knows that they have gone through enouge and everyone keeps forgetting than Derek actually was married 10 years and never once cheated but than his wife cheated on him so I just don´t think derek would do that to Meredith . LOL and if Shonda is that stupid than she knows she gets to face the wrath of the MerDer fans ;)

It feel like Kepner is a little it crazy , so she just might hurt meredith or derek beacuse derek doesn´t feel the same way or something. And I have a feeling that Mer will be pregnant by the end of the season , soooo please Shonda Rhimes don´t mess this great thing up !!!!!
