A baby? I don't think so. Shonda promised to us a reconciliation after a looog and painful journey but there, it would be too much for Callie/Arizona's and Mark/Lexie's fans! <grin>
I wonder when Callie will reveal her one -night stand with Mark, to Arizona (I'd like to see our Peds punch him besides because this guy is really a manwhore and it would be time to see someone forcing him to deal with consequences of his acts (past, present and surely future. Didn't he sleep with Addisson even though he was still in couple with Lexie during a trip in LA but didn't accept the same thing from Lexie with Alex?!
In fact, both (Mark & Callie) are made for each other in a certain way as seeing as they are unable to think without penis for Mark and vagina for Callie! It's sad to describe them like that. Maybe at the beginning, it was funny but now, they are a little to old to act like irresponsible teenagers; I can't imagine them becoming parents besides!! <grin>

Mark and Lexie broke up before he went to LA. And I understand why he doesn't accepte Lexie and Alex sleeping together. He was dealing with he's sick daughter and she jump's into alex bed.
And Mark and Callie could never happen, because it was just a one night, plus in the shower scene he said that when they hade sex he was thinking about Lexie. So Mark and Lexie are made to be together. And if Shonda put a baby in between, everithing will be a disaster!!!!!

I honestly think that Callie did get pregnant by Mark during their little tryst. There is nothing between them, but being great friends. They just worked out some aggression on each other. They Sorbet it all over the place. Plus Arizona just changes her mind and comes back and goes SUPRISE. I would close the door too...I love calzona and think they will work it out, but Arizona needs to grovel it hard!

Callie just revealed to Arizona that SHE IS INDEED PREGNANT AND THE FATHER IS NONE OTHER THEN OUR FAVORITE MANWHORE, MARK! "I'm pregnant with Mark Sloan's baby!" is how Callie told Arizona. I hope Mark and Callie hook up now that Callie's pregnant with Mark's baby.
