   Any Grey’s Anatomy scoop on Meredith? — AJNATALIE: The Feb. 10 episode, which is titled “Golden Hour,” will follow Meredith for a real-time 60 minutes as she runs the E.R. “Golden hour” is medical jargon for the crucial first hour after a trauma, and how it can often be the difference between life and death, so don’t expect “Golden” to be rosy.

   A Mer centric episode! YAY. Finally our lead character is gonna shine. About time to have something to do on her own!

   Definitely excited to see this! It's good to know there'll be more Meredith coming up and that we'll really be seeing her as a doctor.

   real time 60 minutes, does this mean this is a 2 hour episode? or we will have no commercials? Or it willa ctualyl be a real time 43 minutes...lol

   Yay, sounds cool!! Can't wait!! :D  The golder hour is the hour following a trauma- which determines whether the patients lives or dies. Because majority of trauma patients succumb to their injuries during that golden hour, and less after.

   I think that it's just a normal episode of 43 minutes. They're probably just phrasing it as 60 minutes for impact.

   Im glad Meredith has something big like this happen to her. Nothing big has been happening with Derek and Meredith so far this season except for the miscarriage talk. Since Meredith won't be pregnant in the upcoming episode, the February 10 episode must be great!..anyone agree??

    I M LOOOOOOVING MER MORE AND MORE WITH EACH PASSING EPI AND M STILL HUNG OVER THE LAST EPI AND HER "HAVE U EVEN MOTICED THAT I WENT THROUGH A TRAUMA TOO" GO MER GOOOOOO

    AND M DEFINITLY EXCITED FOR THIS EPI AND EVEN TONIGHT'S EPI WHAT WITH SUCH CLASSIC MERDER PICS THAT CAME ALONG WITH THE PROMO
