    Why do I get the feeling with this sides that MerDer are going ot have a hard time getting pregnant?

    I don't think they will have troubles, especially since they didn't have any with the first pregnancy. I really hope Mer is pregnant again. All crossovers airs in January and I do believe this time it will be about Adisson helping McBaby. After 4th episode of this season there will be only few left before crossover... So I keep my fingers crossed.

    My bet is on serologic conflict. Since Mer had a miscarriage... Also they weren't really trying so maybe they didn't discuss blood types. And now it comes out in tests.

    hi! sorry im just a little confused here, but who are sarah and danny? its probably something really obvious but i've seen it mentioned in a few places and so i would like to know what it is. thanks!!

    @ellie: Sarah and Danny are just names in the published sides, so that we don't know who the characters really are (because we would never guess that the couple trying to have a child is MerDer).

    About MerDer having trouble getting pregnant again, on Army Wives this season, one character had a miscarriage and then kept trying and failing to get pregnant. Her OB told her it was a problem that had developed with her cycle, and she just had to take some pills and she would be fine after awhile. It's very possible the same thing is happening to Meredith. Plus, why would Shonda ever be kind enough to just give us and MerDer a little joy without any pain?

    Exaclty Shonda is not going to give MerDer a baby without making them suffered for it first. We should know this by now, Shonda has never given MerDer anything that easily she makes them work for it and suffer first.

    So I'm expecting MerDer to have a hard time conceiving a baby again. I expect MerDer to try to have baby  and not get a baby but when they are about to give up she gets pregnant. I bet money on it if I could.

    So, basically in the 4th episode Mer and Der will go to the O.B. and get tests done for them to start trying? So then Der will have to know about the pregnancy/miscarriage then!

    It just been announce that in that in that same episode Meredith is going to have a patient with a neurological genetic disease call Huntington disease.
