I heard Callie is going to loose the baby. In the sneak preview where she sings 'chasing cars' she is the patient that comes to the hospital and it's her 'spirit' that sings the song(out of body experience, she doesn't die, but the baby doesn't make it). This spoiler hasn't been confirmed yet but it does make sense if you see Mark at the beginning of the promo being like : what the hell happened and then Bailey taking the hand of the patient and the patient under the blanket is pretty big like a pregnant woman.

Oh no...I want them to have this baby. It's Callies dream and it would kill her,if she lost it. Come on, less drama and more happiness please!

Callie goes through a med emergency for sure. Hence the singing. And also Addison is coming down from PP for the same. But Shonda had confirmed earlier that this isn't like other Grey's pregnancies (Chris, Mer) and will stay. SO I hope she and the Sloan-Torres-Robbins baby makes it!

Or maybe Callie doesn't make it. Can you imagine Mark and Arizona raising the baby together...That would be a lot of drama

Well, not so sure the baby will make it at the end of the season or later! I mean the whole threesome and the baby is a total mess since the beginning and more we forward, less this situation became berable (I invite you to read all comments let on TWoP to be sure!), all the more that ti ruined in its developpment, 3 characters (Callie, Arizona and Mark and 1 couple (Callie/Arizona). The ratings didn't stom going down since the news of Callie's pregnancy besides until to reach almost 9 millions of viewers (even an epsiode like Golden Hour which was great didn't manage to get some good ratings even though it was very deserved!) and nothing let us think they will be higher until the end...except maybe, the musical episode and still. Fans fed up of CAM storyline and especially the Callie show that we get for 3/4 episodes, at the point that even a majority of Grey's fans who liked this character, can't stand her anymore!
So, do you really think that Shonda will take the risk to ruin her whole season (with Cristina's crisis which didn't end anymore in the 1st half and Callie's baby for the 2nd one) and maybe the next one - because that what will happen if she keeps going on this road - even though she took conscience of people's dislining for this storyline, especially the whole threesome (which exists in fact since S6 but was accentuated since the beginning of S7)? I don't think -> look at the ratings and her last declarations win which she let supposed she would break her broken promises (MerDer's wedding even though she refused until now to come back on the pos(it wedding, Callie/Arizona's union even though she affirmed that as long as Seattle didn't adopt gay wedding, she wouldn't cross the line, etc... )to be convinced!
Plus, don't forget that in ShondaLand, never her characters got everything at the end. Everyone had to lose something important which changed them for the best or the worst -> Currently, Callie is living her dream (the baby will survive even after the accident, the girlfriend/closed to be her spouse and the BFF/father of her child is still present ... maybe to much for me ) and this dreamy situation has to stop somewhere, sooner or later and Callie should like all others others, lose something. The question is what or who (I don't think that the possible absence of her mother at the ceremony can count, so, it could be Arizona thorugh a new break up, Mark who could take some distance further to Callie's request to save her couple in respecting his Daddy's role OR simplier, the baby, especially if it is a premature baby, too weak to be safe and soud, after the surgery and Addisson's magical intervention! This disappearance could lead to the end of this storyline which became with time, a true mess! :-(
And to end, I'm going to add a little detail: until now, there was NO cast calling for any white/hispanic newborn for a regular role, like it was made 1 month ago black baby of 6 months (surely for Private Practice and Addisson's SL) -> I mean as seeing as baby Sofia is sensed to appear "safe and sound" in the 7x20 according to last sides released 2/3 weeks ago and the one the cast is shoorting, we can imagine that the baby will be forever, right?, (contrarely to Miranda's son, Tuck who appear something like a couple of minutes in the whole season), so why there was no cat calling for a newborn since we knew tha tthe baby will survive? Maybe it is a sign... <grin>
