   I've been listening the ABC official podcast with Shonda and Betsy and they spoke a bit about this episode. They said some interesting stuff about this episode. Don't shoot me for being a spoiler :P

   - Callie's dad will be paying a visit to the hospital

   - We will be seeing wedding dresses

   - Derek will be speaking to Mark again

   - Owen will take the next step (whatever this means...)

   i bet izzie's gonna have 27 dresses! lol.

   (that was a corny joke.. im sooo sorry. it's just this whole wedding thing that keeps me insane.. darn. why did there have to be some break?! oooh the agony! see.. all blah again.. ugh!)
