Be on the lookout for an armed man on the loose in the halls of Seattle Grace.
A source confirms that the top-secret story line of Grey's Anatomy's season finale is a gunman who terrorizes the hospital. So who's the shooter? We hear that both the shooter and his victims will all be familiar faces to fans of the show.
In fact, the source goes on to say that the victims won't just be the random candy striper or nurse from down the hall, meaning you may want to keep the Kleenex handy. No one is safe.
The Grey's Anatomy finale airs Thursday, May 20 at 9/8c on ABC.
Who do you think the shooter is?

I think Mr. Clark will be the shooter, and I think Derek will get shot. But they say victims in plural, which makes me wonder if someone else will get shot too. In that case, who?

Yep. I think Mr Clark. And the article said victims so I am pretty sure that it will be Derek and hey maybe Alex? They are the ones that never been patients..

Okay now I'm convince that Derek get shot, along with Reed, Nosedive and April. Reed and Nosedive get shot and died, April get shot in the spine and can't walk ever again so can't be a surgeon anymore and Derek gets shot close to the heart but gets save by Cristina or Teddy.

I think it's Mr. Clark that is the shooter...because they just brought him back last week for the interrogation with Derek. He was very emotional then and the look he gave Derek when he got on the elevator...Definitely him.
But then the shooter could be that woman crying at the beginning of the show when someone died. Could be. Or maybe it's the psycho stalker doc that is all goo-goo for McDreamey.
I think Derek is the one that gets shot in the chest because if you watched the preview at the end of the last show you see them holding back Meredith. But then...Meredith did just find out some exciting news...so maybe it's her that gets shot...but too much has happened with her. Near drowning, appendicitis, and Liver donation. I don't think it's Meredith.
