I think the writers did the Sylar becoming Nathan thing because Zachary Quinto, the actor who plays Sylar, will no longer be a regular on the show. After all he is a movie star now. He is signed for the next installment of the Star Trek movie. The witers are basically covering themselves. If Quinto leaves the show, then "Sylar" could still be a character on the show but in Nathan's body. If Quinto stays or agrees to appear in just a few episodes, then they could do the Jekyll & Hyde thing.

I didn't like the ending of this season!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why they didn't bring Nathan alive with clair's blood?????????????????? it seems it was working the the other seasons!!!

and now what? the burned the real one and they left Sylar thinking he is Nathan.

it's nice to see how Sylar will recover his memories but, and I say but......do the producers really think we are stupid?

They should have been more attached to the sotry.....another exaple is Packman..........he new his ex wife was pregnant.....why didnt he never give a sh.... about the baby?

    Heroes is a disappointment

About Claire's Blood, my guess is Angela, through her dream, knew that Nathan couldn't achieve what he had to do with his normal body.

Through Sylar, Nathan's memory/spirit can achieve so much more. Not because he has access to all these super killer powers, but because of more subtle abilities like Clairsentience and Lie Detection. These abilities alone can give a politician very persuasive arguments to control people around.

An article got posted here a couple days ago saying "Nathan" will touch an object that will rememorate something that happened when he was 11y/o. While several people think that it is merely because Sylar couldn't have known this before touching the object, I'm enclined to believe that even the real Nathan didn't remember it. This could be something very big that Arthur or Charles didn't want him to remember, so they wiped it from his memory. Or maybe Nathan just had forgot it as it didn't ring anything for him at that moment. But it could be something that'd totally shift "Nathan's" objectives and actions around, which he never could do as a flyer.

There will be two ways for writers to tell us why Angela allowed her real son to die: the first option is to have her explain it, the second is to realize, through the acts of "Nathan", that it was the only way.

HOW CAN THEY KILL OFF NATHAN, WHEN CLAIRE WAS RIGHT THERE?  ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS GIVE CLAIRE'S BLOOD TO NATHAN TO BRING HIM BACK TO LIFE!  I REALLY HOPE THEY RESPOND TO THIS, BECAUSE I WILL JUST LOSE ALL RESPECT FOR THE SHOW IF THEY DON'T.

How many times in the first 2 seasons did they use Claire's Blood?  To bring HRG back from being shot in the head through the eye, to bring Maya back to life after being shot by Sylar, and to cure people of the Shanti virus, including the mutated strain that Suresh's blood would no longer cure, and Sylar used Claire's blood to get his powers back!

Why wouldn't they just give Hiro some of Claire's blood to cure him of his new life threatening condition?

The writers better get their S**T together.
