Claire and Syler what about Peter?

   This is about Claire's power ( Rapid cellular regeneration). When Sylar took her power by studying her brain, he told her that he could not kill her and that she could never die. By takng her power he also said that he could never die too.

   But Peter also has Claire's power but he can die, or is his power not as powerful as Sylars' or Claires'??? (I assume it's the same for Adam Monroe)

   Talking about Adam, Angela Petrelli mentioned a while back that because his been regenerating so much his ability had increased and he became Immortal. Is this the same for Claire, is this why Peter can die, does he have to practice more?
