Yeah cause if you think about it Peter was in contact with hiss dad so he should have hi Ability even if Arthur tokk Peter's Abilities the fact that he absorbed his dad's should make to where they cancel each other out cause if you notice he hasnt touched his dad since that episode.

Wow! Have you guys ever read a book?  It's never about the outcome YOU hope for.  It's always about what the author planned for.  In the Heroes case - Kring and the writers.

Sit back and enjoy the ride!!  I am.

It was really interesting to watch this episode in light of Peter losing his powers, which is annoying as hell by the way! Peter is suppose to be this really powerful hero who is going to help save the world if he takes Sylar’s powers but then he loses his own? Bad writing if you ask me. While also thinking about Sylar’s new found identity.

Firstly thought, it does not make sense that Peter’s dad would take away Peter’s powers and not Sylar’s when Sylar came to do the same thing as Peter was trying to do. Hey…lets take away Peter’s powers when he runs into try to stop dad but lets have Sylar keep his when he comes to do the same thing? We can just have the Dad talk Sylar out of end his life, while the Dad had to take Peter’s powers to stop him from ending Dad’s life? Sorry…and I don’t buy that Sylar convinced Dad that he did not save Peter.

While I think they have made a really cool transition in Sylar’s character this session, putting a redeemed Christ-like/ Savior-like spin on a character, this is the first time they have really done anything good with his new found identity that was really worth anything.

To get back to my main point, the transition of typical hero, Peter to Sylar, tells an interesting story about redemption and new identity formation. Sylar, upon finding that he is just not a clock worker’s son but that he might have a higher calling in life helps Sylar redefine himself in light of this new revelation. This change in Sylar struggles with the idea that anyone can be redeemed for good upon discovering there true identity.

it's an idiot idea to take all peter's powers away like that but if you think about it it's more logical to take Peter's power than to take Sylar's... if Arthur wants to be powerful it should take Peter's 'cause he has more powers then sylar..

I think this episode along with all the others of season three have been showing us what will be happening in the fourth season. Plus, I think that everyone is going back to the way they were before absolutely no one knew about the powers. Gabriel (Sylar) is turning good again and Noah (HRG) is turing into a real well....bad guy.

The differents - retards, is that arthur sent someone to recruit sylar & not peter.
