How Season 3 could have been done differently.

I don't know what you all think, but I think that Season 3 hasn't so much had a problem with the overall plot so much as the details, and how exactly the plot is handled.  So, let's discuss how great this story could have been.Sone ideas I have on how this story could have been handled better have a lot to do with Sylar.  For one, rather than being led into thinking that he was Angela's son, he would have been led to believe that, while he had different parents then he thought he did, that they were both dead.  He would be led to think that his father was a great hero who had the same power as Sylar, but learned to control his hunger.  The flashback about Elle and HRG's causing Sylar's killing spree back before Season 1 would have been revealed earlier in the game.  More focus would have also been put on HRG's and Sylar's relationship at certain points.  There would be more clear evidence of exactly how Future Peter's actions changed the future of the current timeline from what it would have been, and in said timeline, Sylar would have simply come to respect Peter rather than think he was his brother, and Peter would feel the same way now that Sylar could control his power.  Peter's taking Sylar's power would also have had a more obvious effect on the plot, rather than being an unresolved plot point...  Arthur would have tried to manipulate Sylar using a piece of information regarding his Father (perhaps claiming that Angela played a part in his "death.")When the eclipse occured, rather than Elle living through HRG's attack, and Sylar protecting her, Elle would have sacrificed herself for Sylar, though that sacrifice would have been in vain when Sylar would also be shot.  Upon waking, Sylar would have exacted his revenge on HRG, and the scene where he comes after him and tries to slit his throat would have taken on a whole new meaning.  At this point, HRG would have told him that he was "just like his father," and that his father was actually a killer, just like him.  Hiro would have still transported him away.  All of this would give Sylar's actions in the final episode of Volume 3 a whole new meaning, along with his "people never change" philosophy.  Sylar's return to murder would be more clearly caused by the actions of Future Peter meddling with the time line.Sylar would also have aimed his efforts more toward the death of HRG, while still using Claire's mom as the weapon.  In the end, when he confronted Angela, she would infom him that, in fact, his Father was still alive.Sylar's Father would also have been used a little more as a character, and perhaps would have some relation to the Company, although Sylar's choice to leave him to die would be left intact...Anyway, there's plenty I'd have changed, but that's all I have to say for now XD
