    i thought kaito meant he (or the company) will take claire back (not kill her) once her power manifests

    i think SYLAR can take Haitian's ability even if Haitian is conscious. for some reason SYLAR is immune to Haitian's ability (i think it's because of SYLAR's intuitive aptitude). remember in s03e03 one of us one of them Noah tells Haitian he's sticking around just long enough to learn Sylar's weakness, then kill him.

    if Haitian was able to block SYLAR's power HRG could have killed him right there and then

    also in s01e14 when SYLAR is at Bennet's house waitin for Claire, HRG and Haitian arrive, HRG shoots SYLAR but he is able to block the bullets although Haitian is in the room
