Pyropuppy's right. Sylar should be the main focus on the villain side. Fully powered and p****doff.

Heres what I want from Sylar...I want him to go on a complete Mental Outbreak and put him into the center of New York..I just want him to go Fkn nuts and just take everyone...adn right there Peter shows up and the ulitmate battle begins...I want him to go truely MENTAL..like Carnage from SpiderMan....Im so tired of his story...

FINE..if you guys want this deuschBag to stay on the show tell him to bring something new to the table...BE THE VILLAIN THEN SYLAR...not some fag shapeshifter.  Be chaotic or something better than your boring persona.

I'm interested in where they are going with the whole Sylar storyline, actually.  I'm curious as to where they will take this whole Sylar being in two different forms thing.  Besides the mystery of the Carnies, I think it is the only thing keeping me watching and not just waiting for the DVDs to come out.

Sylar needs to redeem himself some how...the great FEAR that we once had of this guy is just laughable now!

    I love Sylar.

But I think the show would benefit from his absence for a longer period of time. Let other villains come and have their time in the spotlight. Adam was an amazing villain, and he totally ruled Season 2 while Sylar was in the background. Had Sylar been removed completely, he would have only been more dramatic when he returned for Claire's power in Villians.

They definitely need to give Peter his original power's back. If he has to start the collection process of gaining abilities over again, that might help as well since he'll come into contact with an entirely different set of people with abilities in a completely different order this time around.  They can also slow the pace of him gaining abilities this way, and allow Peter time to develop and become familiar with his new abilities.

As far as Sylar, I think he's going to be around more than ever now, especially since there are technically two Sylar's now.  The first Sylar who has no memory like Peter at the begining of S1, has all of the abilities, but seems to be unusually honest and trying to be a good person.  The other Sylar is in Matt Parkman, who is definitely the evil part of Sylar who wants to get his body back along with his abilities.  Interestingly enough the evil Sylar has the ability to use Parkman's power's against him. Couldn't Sylar just take over Matt's body and control him completely?

Next question is who are the Carnies trying to get revenge against?  Possibly a new villain?

I think this season is make or break for the show, but I think giving Peter all or most of his original power's back will redeem it.  As someone mention previously, Arthur took Hiro's power's away and they were partially restored by Parkman's son, which means that Peter's original powers are still in there somewhere.  Hopefully the Healer in the next episode can bring them back, but that might be just too easy.

i thought that the new injection peter got altered his dna so that his original ability would not be able to be restored, like hiro.

arthur only took hiro's power, he didnt alter his dna (presumibly). whereas peter altered his with the injection.

i like the idea peter will recall powers he has since had, by being able to connect properly again.

Possible options- Peter's DNA was altered by the formula, or Peter has got subconsious barriers put up on his power after they've caused him so much trouble.

Hiro is different. I think what they're trying to say is that the baby's power is imperfect on biological organisms, so it restored Hiro's power partly but not fully. And thats why he's ill.

Kind of like when Mohinder used an imperfect formula. He got powers but had horrible side affects.

If that's true, then Parkman's baby is responsible for bringing down one of the greatest heroes on the show!  I knew there was a reason why I hate babies so much!

It was never a good move introducing babies with super powers anyway. Why do the others get powers when they're older, and the baby gets a relatively pointless power at such a young age?

If it was telekinetic, that would be better. Imagine trying to live with a telekinetic baby. It would be interesting to see.
