Has anyone noticed on the new graphic novel Arnold the old, sick time traveler from the carnival was looking a lot younger when Joseph asked him to go back to 1961-coyote sands?
I checked the comments section on the NBC graphic novel site, and came across a theory, wondered what you thought of it.....
Joseph asked Arnold to go back to 1961. Arnold looked about 30-40 years old. When we see him on the t.v. he looks older, about 70-80 years old.
What if Arnold got stuck in 1961 and lived through till the present time? from 1961 to present time would make him an additional 40-odd years older than he should be in this/his present time.
What do you think???Posted 12/19/2009 1:51:45 PM #
Thats the best explanation. Lydias tatoo showed him as an old man, and she pointed out that he was no longer in the past anymore. So the question is what stopped him teleporting back? And is anyone else excited about Adam knocking him out? I hope we get to see Adam approach young Angela and Linderman at Coyote Sands because that would tie in to him inspiring the Company.Posted 12/20/2009 8:42:15 AM #
Yeah, i'm defo excited by the appearance of Adam Monroe. I also saw some other theory about adam being samuel and joseph's father, but i find this hard to believe.
i think the best we can hope for is how ravenhill said, he'll tie in with the founders of the company....Posted 12/20/2009 2:56:27 PM #
Yep. This week he showed up after Alice's sandstorm and hinted that he knew what really started it. His unform was all torn, meaning he may have had some involvement. Thats the last we see. But I heard rumours ages ago that young Angela would show up again in other flashback episodes so I'm hoping the appearance of Adam here ties in with the show and we get to see Adam again =DPosted 12/22/2009 12:44:31 PM #
