I believed have this sussed!
From what ive read on several websites, i think that Tracy may actually be Jessica, who is still alive. I think she may either be using her power which i think may be 'latching' onto other people, on niki which explains the whole Split Personality thing.
Or she may just be completely unawear of her previous life.
But i think Jessica has a power of 'latching', which would explain why Peter is 'hiding' inside Jesse's bodie, because if Peer has met Jessica, he is able to 'Latch' onto Jesse, where he hides

If you have watched the series properly, you would have known already from what Bob said that split personalities form in some of the SG people as a result of their powers. Just as trauma can cause it, the trauma from the development of these abilities can cause it too. It has nothing to do with "latching" or astral travel as some have called it. This theory has come and gone. Sorry. It is possible that Jessica was somehow saved and adopted with the name Tracy, and just now finding this power. Right now everything is merely speculation, and knowing the writers, they'll find some way to twist what we *think* has happened.

Ok I too believed that Tracy Strauss was Niki SAnders but after the "Second Coming" episode I find it hard to believe that she is the same person. Tracy has ICE POWERS!!!!! how the hell you explain that....is she really a whole new person now???? Maybe Niki/Jessica really did die in that fire last season and this is a whole new look alike person.

The episode was great! I love Nikki and glad she is still around. However I don't think Nikki is dead, I think its Jessica that died. I suspect Nikkis power migh have something to do with survival. When under great stress/truama life and death her power kicks in and she blacks out coming to when the situation is resolved, the adrenaline is no longer needed. This makes sense with Suresh's discovery of what causes activates powers. Jessica arose out of Nikki's weakness and timidness, she needed to stand up and protect her. Jessica became more assertive as Nikki and her family were placed in more constant danger. I think that being trapped in a burning building might have caused a new personality with a new power set to arise in order to survive, Tracy Strauss and her ability to create ice (guessing the intense heat and caused Nikkis brain to desire cold).I dunno just a theory.

i guess that Tracy Strauss is the other personality that Nikki has created to block herself from the past...the only way to survive a fire is to freeze the world around you..So that way it could be an escapade of herself and the beginning of a whole new Nikki Sanders.........

Ok if anyone watched season 1
you would know that Nikki had a twin sister
I believe that Tracy is her twin sister and mabye she also has an alter ego with this ice power,
but if this is Nikki and another alter ego cause she all ready has 2 besides her normal self that would explain why she servived the fire she proberlly froze something to protect her, as dr.seresh(i kno this is incorrect spelling) said that its not the blood it is the adrenalin that gives you the power.
The reason Tracy dosnt remember herself being Nikki, it because of the injection she was given to her to take her power away it proberlly just took her memory away

SFX magazine got an interview with the creators, and they said that Tracy is a third Sanders triplet, shyed away from The Sanders family....

I hope its not a triplet >.> I don't remember it being a twin sister either i just remember "sister" but i maybe wrong. Besides tracy looked at the ground saw her reflection (there was puddles) and then said "you can't run that story!!!" as if nikki came out a sec in desperation. I like the "latching" theory i don't care if its been discarded and just cause bob says something doesnt mean he's right.
Another theory its kinda not well thought out atm but I'm working on it,,, What if the family members can attach to each other!! Like jessica did to nikki maybe tracy did it to her and froze the fire or nikki died and attached to tracy... weird i know dunno how to work that into powers yet lol

can't beleive its a hole twin thing... thats lame "I created you" I hate the way he said created bet he clone niki did some experiment or just did an experiment on the twins or triplets or whatever thats just lame excuse!! See if this gets too twisty and turny like lost did I will end up hating another show!!!
