What Type of Villains do you want to see!!!!!!
-
Alright so what we have learned thus far with heroes is that their have been some main villains and some mini ones that are superpowered and non-superpowered.
**Major** Sylar Adam Elle Linderman Thompson Bob
**Minor** Candice, maybe Angela Petrelli, and this new Gunman(who shot nathan).
But this upcoming season ...what type of villain would you want the heroes to face off against. Supposedly their are going to be a lot of Villains (maybe 1 for each hero).......
I think i would like to see a villain who can do exactly what Peter does
I would like Hiro to face off against another time traveler.
I want a super to start building an army of supers to take on ...like Magneto and his brotherhood.

I agree with your last point in particular Maj -- I can certainly see this show going along an X-Men type of theme with two teams. But I don't see Sylar being part of a team. That's not his character. His character is about working alone and stealing the powers of other people with abilities. If he teams up with somebody, it's only to seduce them into a false sense of confidence so he can kill them later on (see Maya). In Season 1, the only person Sylar could work with/use was Mohinder, and that was only to acquire more powers. He didn;t Kill Mohinder because Mohinder didn;t have any powers to offer Sylar.
One power we haven't really seen yet is a plastic-man type of character, a la Reed Richards from the Fantasic Four. That could make an interesting villain. Neither have we seen super speed, like the Flash. Keeping with the X-Men theme, I wouldn;t be surprised to see a villain who can turn him/herself into a metal of some sort, just like Collossus.

tim kring already said sylar would team up with others in villans, if you seen the preview it looks as if his first partner will be mama petrelli

Its pretty clear that the main concept of villians is a mass breakout from the company of crazy powerful villians. I think that Sylar will be the one who sets them free initially to take their abilities but h'ell realize that its better for him to team up with them or something like that, and about the super speed, if you watch the second preview from the Jules Verne festival theres this really intense looking black guy that seems to run like super fast at a police officer and punch his hand through his body, its pretty freaky. So yah im pretty sure one of the villian's powers will be super speed.

I myself have not seen the new trailers but with all that you guys are saying so far they sound really cool. Heres the thing though which is kind of weird is that referring to what the hero was saying. If Sylar is slowly starting to form a group of Villains to take on our heroes can you see him in that leadership roll. Just like how Magneto has it for his brotherhood. Given Sylar's ability and thirst for power I just dont see him "Forming" a group of supers to take on our heroes. Kal15 was right when he said that he would just betray them all and grab their powers because Sylar is 1 man killer. To me if Sylar will be playing some sort of a leadership role now that will completely blow my mind because thats just not in his character to do.

I would love to see a villain who can control the weather and do massive evil.

i think that it would be cool if Sylar stole the power to multiply himself. There could be many Sylars hunting down the heroes. Hence volume 3 being called "Villains"

I think it would be interesting to see a hero/villain with some horribly omniscient power, like the Billy Mummy character in that twilight zone episode (no, not the Walter Mathau episode, the other one with the Jack-in-the-box). Just some crazy ultrapowerful menace that is out of his/her gourd.

Sylar: I can't bring Nathan back Peter, but I can sure as Hell swing a sledgehammer.
