WHY Noah can't just "use the Haitian" to kill Sylar...
-
Because the Haitian doesn't work for him. Pure and simple. The Haitian works for Angela Petrelli and Sylar is her son. It doesn't need to get any more complicated than that. The only thing that I'm wondering is if/when the Haitian will make Angela aware of Noah's intent... but then again she probably already knows and is just accepting the risk.
I've just seen that argument alot (that Noah should just use the Haitian to kill Sylar and be done with it) and was just amazed that nobody I've listened to has even mentioned this. The Haitian isn't just Noah's "good buddy", he's an agent of the company and they were both employed by it when they were partners. Noah isn't even a real member of the company anymore, he's being kept there more for his expertise in catching super powered people than anything else. Honestly though, we don't know enough about Noah and the Haitian's relationship outside of that they were partners in the company. Sure, the Haitian has helped Noah with non-company matters before, but that doesn't mean he would betray Angela Petrelli. I would go so far as to say that when he was taking Peter's memory and shipping him to Ireland he could have very well been under orders from Angela, because it didn't seem like something the company would order him to do.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Corrections?
Let me know :)

Sylar: I can't bring Nathan back Peter, but I can sure as Hell swing a sledgehammer.
