What is "The Jason Thing"?

In one episode Jenna and the cop are in a car talking about Jason and the cop says, " Why is he in that house? Do you think he is looking for the...?"
Jenna tells him to be quiet or something and he says something about "The Jason Thing" and Jenna says he will make sure the girls dont find out. What is that?!
