   Here is my thought on who A is aside from the whole twin thing...

   There is only one real person with true motive to kill Allison.  No one kills to keep secrets about cheating or random other crap, they just threaten or pay people off...

   There have now been 4 people murdered, first Allison, then Ian, then Maya, and now Garret and obviously there have been attempts on the girls..

   Maya was killed by that rando, so no thought about her...

   Ian and Garrett were both in the NAT club and were killed to cover up the murder of Allison (Ian knew his attacker and Garrett for obvious reasons).  

   The third member of the NAT club, Jason, has suddenly been pushed to the back burner for no reason, and has the only real motive to kill Allison...MONEY!!!! Remember the scene where Allison came into Spencer's?? house all upset saying that she could call her Grandma and get Jason cut out of the will?  Money talks, and is always the reason for things like this.  NAT club clearly knew about the attempt on her life, as per the SHHH from Allison to Garrett (again, trying to save her life).  Jason wanted his sister dead, and don't forget...she isn't even his full sister, but a half-sister so that makes that easier anyways...money and then coverup kills....he also has the money now that she is dead to run the A scheme...
