lol I love the bithchy queen bees, that's how I fell for Blair
buffy never toned down at all
If anything buffy increased it lol :DD in more ways than one, but thats of course because the "Sheep clothing" part from the whole "bitch in sheep's clothing" part fell away slowly.
remember cordelia toned down the bitchiness
I'd say it happened in the very first season of Buffy, once we learned on why she keeps acting like that.
After that I could never really hate her no matter waht shennanigans she did lol.
Theoretically BTVS Cordelia is a TVD-Book-Caroline who then suddenly plot-twists into tamer version of TVD-Book-Meredith
I fell for Blair for her insecurities which I could relate to, and sympathy with the relationship of her mom, her dad, and being shadowed by Serena who always pretended she wasn't aware of it. Also having awesome lines. But I always have this thing where queen bee characters only grow on me once I see their weaknesses and what they are struggling with. Lol :)
and that too,
that's how I relate to Caroline as well.
i love regina george's characters as well
the queen bee lines are always sticking to me, i just love it
regina george from Mean Girls? I finally watched that movie for the first time 2 weeks ago and loved it. luv luv luved it
there's only one regina george lol who happens to be a bitch
Yeah. I still can't believe regina george's actress is the same girl in Sherlock Holmes. I didn't care for her in Sherlock though.

you DO know you just described cordelia, right? Her family was falling apart, her father was starting to get into serious financial trouble, and the way she acted was the only way she knew how to actually GET people, since, as she puts it its better to be worshipped by few and hated by majority than to be plainly unnoticed by anyone and be truly alone. And fake friends are better than no friends.
She was a smart capable, intuitive nice girl who just surrounded herself in all the fashion, freshness, visiousness, bitchyness and queen position to not feel alone or left out from everything. Thats all she had. EVER.
Well that is till she got mixed up with the crowds like buffy and started to soften a bit, without even admitting of finding "true" friends. In a sense Buffy unconsciously was jealous of Cordy because she had what buffy used to have and Cordy was jealous of Buffy because Buffy was someone she would never be able to be. They were walking contradictions of each other

I don't know actually, I really need to start watching Buffy chronologically :( I just watch it randomly when it's on Chiller.
