    Don't tell me - after being FOOLED BY KLAUS IN S2 IN EXACT SAME WAY, they are getting fooled by another guy IN EXACT SAME WAY AGAIN? 

    Now that's one of the things I hate this show for: when the writing demands it - everyone is gulioble and forgets who they are.

    Ok. We all know how this is going to end! The rest of Damon's (promo) speech will obviously be "but I can't because is not right and I cannot be selfish with you, so no matter what you want, I know this is not right for you and I'll let you go.". So that Elena forgets about Damon and the only way to re-establish Elena's free-will will be to turn her into a human again. This way Damon and Stefan have to work back togheter to find the cure which will make Elena able to choose again between the two of 'em. That's too bad for the show, it's starting to become painful to watch.Anyway, if I am right, I'm gonna send an application form to TVD's writers. Trivial.Ps: I must admit I thought the same as Leigh Raines. Couldn't Damon just command Elena to not be sired to him anymore

     I LOLed when he told Hayley - We are the beginning - I was waiting for him to blow up himself like the pastor did, cos isn't that what the pastor also told those innocent people before he blew them up?
