Damon and Elena "blood sharing" scene

    Klaroline fans are also happy right now, but blood sharing sort of cheapens a relationship for me, it's like they're saying that you become fully attached or bonded to that person once you get a taste of them or something. So I felt like the way the show (and JP) described it, made it sound almost like siring. Elena seducing Damon in 4.04 canadian promo doesn't make it any less obvious

    I agree with Flora. It seems like if you drink someone's blood you're doomed to be connected to them. And that the actual relationship and feelings between you don't matter. I don't know. It's weird.

    Another dumb thing in the episode was when Damon was like "maybe it's the doppleganger blood that's rejecting the transition". Yet Katherine seemed to have no problem with that.

    Elena is the Bella Swan of the Show, a mary sue, THE special snow flake.

    So obviously EVERYTHING that happens to her will be SPECIAL and UNIQUE and DIFFERENT. that's just it.

    That implies elena actually having a brain inside her head, which is impossible.

    I'll go with "the big plot twist" somewhere mid season where its revealed that its not Elena but whoever, tatja, whatever, possessing her. That way the show can whitewash whatever shipper-baiting it would do.

I think it's just a retcon they came up with for 'rebooting' the triangle.
