Reply to PostDamon or Stefan? Who and why?

damon, all the way. i know this sounds superficial (well as for the fact that we dont know stefan or damon- who can, they dont exist- you pretty much can only be superficial) but hes just HOT! sexy smirks, amazing bone structure and eyes,...this could go on forever! also hes the total bad boy. well, considering the latest storylines stefan is, too. to be honest, i think stefan is trying to be the good one while deep down he knows hes not, and damon, as much as hes trying to deny it, has a really good personality- i think thats pretty obvious during the flashbacks- but acts bad ass so he isnt vulnerable. and- who are we kidding- no one loves anything more than a reformed bad boy who turns out to be "good" (the name chuck bass ring a bell- although ed westwick isnt excactly hot) but our actions also make us who we are and damon did waaay too many really awful things to make him truly the good guy-thank god! cuz that prevents him from being just plain boring. although, in a perfect world it would be damon with stefans body- is there any girl out there who didnt drool at the sight of paul wesleyes abs and arms? i didnt think so.

I have to say Damon. The way she seems to understand him, even she has commented that she gets him like nobody else who has that from somebody who is just a sister in law. Plus without the sparks between them two Stefan and Elena would be boring. Stefan won Katherine, and was attracted to Elena because of the look alike thing at first. Damon was more like cool but I want the real thing. So if Damon fell in love with her it would be for the right reasons.

How is it that you think Stefan/Elena mean more to each other? He was ready to kill himself despite her existence or how she felt. Her answer was "well if you think you really have to. But doesn't it make more sence to live and fight another day." Ya it worked but Damon is the one filling in for Stefan-- like the dance. He is not doing it for Stefans sake but so Elena world not look like a fool to have no escort. Damon was ready to kill himself because he thought Katherine his true love was dead. Stefan was going to kill himself even though his supossed true love was standing in front of him. I think by the time Katherine does come back to town its going to hit Stefan harder then Damon. Because the empty space she left in Damons heart is going to be filled by Elena, but Stefan is going to be taken of guard by his strong emotions he keeps repressed by reason just like by the blood.

I used to be on Team Stefan but as the series has progressed and their have been more scenes with Damon and Elena especially in episode 19, and as Stefan has got a bit out of control Ive liked him less and less. No Iam fermly in Team Damon because first of all I think hes falling for Elena and he diseves some happiness and also I think there amazing and I think elena could change damon so he was nicer but still damon if that makes sense. I love Damon and Elena and i hope they get together. I heard elena might be pregnant is she is i hope its damons baby x

stefan is a guy who's plauged with guilt over his choices. he blames himself for transitioning, for what he did to his father for him turning damon and kind of being responsible for not letting damon die all those years ago cause if he did clearly damon wouldn't be free to kill and harm all that he had. yeah he wanted to kill himself but carrying around that enormous burden and that guilt, i can't say i blame him. in the end he probably believed it was best for elena which had also been a running focus since all of these 'animal' deaths and supernatural mayhem happened as soon as stefan came back to town.
but you said it yourself when you said damon was ready to die once he thought katherine was gone for ever. i don't think that spells he loves or loved her any less so why does it mean stefan cares for elena less?
and i think katherine coming back to town, if ever or whenever she does would hit damon harder. whether he's still in love with her or angry at the fact that she was never in the tomb and knew where he was and did not care to contact him. katherine was the one who compelled stefan to love her not damon, so that means damon clearly loved katherine more. he knew what she was and he didn't care, he was fully prepared to be turned by her so he could be with her forever.
this is something paul said about his character and something that didn't need to be really explained to me cause i got the gist of it as soon as damon admitted that katherine 'didn't have to compel' him.
He realizes after meeting Elena that he never loved Katherine... It’s kind of like being in a relationship, you think you’re completely in love, you’re infatuated, and then you meet another person and you go, “Oh my God, what was I thinking?” And it’s kind of like that but a little different because that person also gave me eternal life. His obsession with Katherine was something that was finally broken by this human. And not for a 160 years, no one could break this obsession. And that’s why he would die and breathe for Elena for the rest of his life. For the rest of her life, I should say.
so yesss i'm placing all bets on stefan and elena being end game as for right now their love story is based on them and their emotions/passions/feelings for each other without a third party or any kind of sorcery involved. im not saying delena won't happen or it won't be epic cause i know it will happen but as soon as it does happen just for the simple fact that elena is involved.. on a level it would HAVE to be compared. and in the end, there's really no comparing stelena lol

Well Damon is my favourite character (along with Bonnie) so I guess I'm Team Damon. But when it comes to Stelena or Delena I'm definately with Stelana.But I love them both!
