Elena's dressing sense

    ^^I did mention this,the show's timeline is cray,ugh.It makes sense for her to dress like that in the show but for us fans,who have been seeing her in the same clothes since s2,it gets a little boring.besides Caroline and Katherine have completely different personalities.Their clothes reflect their personality too,while Caroline's clothes are cutesy and girly just like her,Katherine's are darker and more seductive(atleast they used to be).This btw also reflects why Elena's clothes are so dull and devoid of colour.just like her personality.plain and boring.

    ^ yep, as I said before, S1 Elena looked like someone who used to dress pretty and fashionably all the time, but was intentionally toning it down due to grief and all that shit.

    Elena used to wear COLOURS! If my memory surves me right - she wore like pink and blue, green, yellow and  orange back in s1 and even 2....season 3 was all dark and black or brown, or grey, ugh

    And it's not only that she doesn't wear colors, it's that she always wears the same clothes. Like jeans and a simple top. The few times she wore a dress, I really liked it.
