    ^Lol but don't be so harsh on elena, i think she's cool , sure she has made wrong decisions but i still like her :) and i think she is aware of the fact that jenna and john died because of her actions.. I have a feeling she will deal with that in season 3 also

    Not according to writers.

     

    According to K.Williamson, "Elena found herself and became a strong person in season 2 before the sacriffice started" and according to J.Plec "Elena grew into fascinating and awesome person who is totally like not Bella" in season 2.

     

    Sometimes it seems that what writers WANT viewers to think(Damon is wrong, elena did the right thing, Elena is such an unique character) and what viewers see(Damon was sort of right, Elena majorly screwed up, elena is bland) are two different things :[

    That didn't translate to the TV. If anything I saw the pressure get to a teenage girl that was in way over her head and started making desperate decisions to keep everybody live and failed.

    Thats where this all disapointment eventually comes - when one realizes that tvd writers live in their own world.

     

    One expects Elena to accept her mistakes, some sort of BAD ENDING to Matt, characters accepting the fact that damon was right, etc, while writers see it in entirelly different way thinking Elena did no mistakes, Matt is the most honest and awesome guy and damon was obviously wrong.

    Thanks Luana I hope it's not just a coincidence. Jeremy did learn a lot about vampires from bloodbecky. That would be cool if that gets tied together some how.
