Is Elena super?

   Hey all!

    

   So after watching the episode, and after getting souber, I realized how annoyed i got by Elena not dying last episode.

   Sure it would have been great if she had, but loosing the Elena is not my point. When Tyler failed to save her, and Klaus used his hybrid speed and strength to push Elena away and grap Tyler, Elena fell. Actually, Elena fell a distance of what i would estimate to 15-20 feet. Why the hell didn't she break her neck? She fell with such force and velocity, that her neck should have broken easily. Letting oneself fall and hitting a thin wooden edge like that, would cause a serious injury. She got pushed 15-20 feet within a second and nothing happend? Are you kidding me? The show has a pathetic excuse for this, being vampire blood, but she should have died on impact with the table! This annoys me !

    

   On discussion side-note:

    

   Does anyone think Elena will get turned the next episode? Out the three options i have conjured up in my mind, that would be one of them.

   1. Elena getting turned, causing Alaric to die. Yes it is way to late, and the impact on the audience will probably be minimal.
   2. Bonnie whiping up a spell that will either A) Bring her back to life, or B) ressurect her after she is already dead. The ending would be the same.
   3. The last, which i actually think is very likely, given this is TVD. Elena's caring ability, or her talking about caring ability, will bring back the mind of the "real"(I am unclear on which of the Alarics is the "real" one) Alaric. This will have no consequence(TM of TVD) and no impact(another TM of TVD)

   Abby also got invited in without Elena or Jeremy there. And not a single neighbor was reacting to Klaus at the door. So really, I gave up on questioning logic in this show at ALL.

   The house is only in Elena's name, and when she died, any vampire could enter.

   And yes its quite obvious they will turn her next week.

    

   What is more ridiculous is that they seem to be going with"accident on the bridge" route and replacing Katherine with Becky there.

    

   Which essentially maeks S2 and S3 COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY POINTLESS LOL.

   WHAT IS MORE RIDICULOUS is that they will most likely un-turn her within 20 minutes of S4 premiere.

   What do you mean Katherine? She has nothing to do with the bridge unless you're just speculating the flashbacks. That doesn't sound unlikely at all though really

   I am talking about the books.

    

   In the end of first book(if i remember correctly), during Founders Day, Elena with vamp-blood in her system is driving through the bridge and Katherine, in her first apeparance, causes her car to crash, killing her out of jealousy for steffie.

    

   now rewatch the promo for next episode. Add tot hat that they specifically went out of their way to hurt elena this episode so she needs to get healed.
