Klaroline or Forwood?
Speaking of TO, a critic/reporter who went to Comic Con said the reception wasn't that great for the pilot viewing. There weren't that many people and he said the SL was confusing.
I already read it, she never watched TVD so the pilot confused her, which is what she pointed out in her review. I agree that it won't be friendly to non TVD viewers, but it already aired so of course it wasn't going to have a big round of applause, I doubt the other previews even did tbh, this is CW
By the way, what happened to Bored Now?
He's in the TW thread but he left this one after we told him to grow a pair
He'll be back once TVD starts.
Lol I doubt it. He just sticks around in other threads and finally realized after 5 months that this one is KC related
They cut ALL the TVD related stuff actually, not just the phonecall. Stefan, Elena, Damon and Katherine scenes got cut too. From what I understand, they tried to present a version that was 100% Originals/New Orleans, without any ties to TVD. That's why i don't understand all the shippers crying 'JULIE PLEC HATES KLAROLINE'.
That, and also the fact that other than a few folks at CC noone is going to see the alternate version. The aired pilot is still canon, what's the point of all the moaning?
And that was my belated response to nic's post from half a day ago because the board didn't let me post again.
Yeah I know all TVD scenes were cut, or scenes that tied to it. What disappoints me is that only 10 people in the tags were smart enough to know this, while the rest just cried that they were betrayed. That show was so going to pick up before it even aired, KC fans need to quit being cocky, they seem to think that they were being used so the show could get green lit. Dude, if your scene aired in front of millions of people, then it's canon, it's not deleted. They're too dumb to know what off-screen means
That's how I view it too. Millions of people saw the first version. 20 people saw the CC version. The original (no pun) one will be always resonate in people's minds more.
