Shut up. He cried once and for good reason. Tyler, Stefan, and Damon are more wimpy than Klaus. Fact.
Ughh I hate Tumblr and fucking dumb Forwood/Tyler stans that want Caroline to die if KC happens. And they have the nerve to say that Klaroline fans don't care about Caroline. I didn't Caroline existed to be with Tyler and if she's not, then she should die. That's logic right there.

Really, that's everyone's guess? I'll sit in the corner of delusional optimism then lol. Idk, for a show that keeps saying "noone is safe", Plec hasn't really killed any popular characters yet. Except for Alaric, and he only got written off because Matt Davis had to go film his other show. Even then it was more a case of Ric being a generally well-liked character rather than a super popular characters whose stans would go cray if he left. Also, for a show that consists of characters like Matt, Jeremy and Tyler, I don't get how some people think the Originals are useless. Or that all they do is stand still and look pretty (seriously, that's classic Matt/Jeremy/Tyler stuff lmao). I don't care how much Klaus cries (he has shed a total of two tears in three seasons, big deal) or how much some people don't like Rebekah, for me they're way more interesting and complex than most of the show's original characters.Posted 1/5/2013 2:02:17 PM # -

omg he cried like once and it was one manly tear ;) (Dean winchester style lol).stop exaggerating.lol.Baaaaaad idea to mention anyone from Misogynynatural, especially Dean, since he has been one of my most hated characters since well, forever(was decent when show was decent in first three seasons, then season four started and show turned into pure shit and dean into the most unlikeable character in the history of the world. )

AND EVEN THEN, Alaric died only after he has been overused for years, with no real plot left and was just this loose-end hanging around. and EVEN THEN he stuck around as a dumb idea of ghost.
This show does not kill any characters. Period.
Anyone with even remote viewer interest has a ridiculous amount of plot armor and even if someone DOES die, this show has way too many ways to revive anyone or make the go alive. Death means NOTHING in this show. By now its way worse than Heroes in that aspect.
Don't expect anyone important to die EVER, unless they get so milked out of fanbase interest, that they start getting shitty silly plots liek Alaric's double identity nonsense.

Basically I'm replying @ Patri and Kitty: Well when I said "everyone" (at least from my observations), a lot of people keep saying he won't die and use the same reasons you and BN made (which make sense), but then others (particularly I read this in the S&S thread) were saying he'll die at the end of the season to get replaced by Silas because if he moved on to next season, it'd be "too repetitive" of trying to take him down. And so I kind of think both sides make a point, so it makes me skeptical about what will happen. Also, you stop to think what Kitty said about Ric dying because they didn't know what to do with him, that's my fear with Klaus but the difference is the big fanbase, and whether you buy the writers saying "we're not afraid to kill fan favorites"Posted 1/5/2013 3:55:53 PM #

And from logical standpoint I would agree with that, but TVD does NOT work on logic.
They spent entire S3 doing EXACTLY SAME SHIT over and over again, remember?
Most likely Klaus will join the good guys like Kat and Damon did, some originals will be killed(possibly the ones with the least relevance) to make point how "Strong" silas is(and then return as ghosts)
And then in next season, the show will repeat the Klaus pattern with Silas, possibly adding evne HIM to the list.

The thing with Klaus that is different from Alaric is - Writers can give most obnoxious and random purpose for Klaus and his fangirls WILL like it.
Alaric did NOT have any fangirls left.
Jenna never had any fangirls.
John and Bill were pretty much hated and both of them were at the end of their possible stories.
Vicki never had any fangirls.
See the pattern?
what's more, with the ammount of bullshit revival tricks that there are in this show - Klaus CAN be killed and come back next day like nothing, starting the whole "redemption" trainwreck
Hell, if I am not mistaken - THEY DID THAT already with him in the end of this season/start of this ("LOLOL, HE DIDN OT MYSTICALLY BURN BECAUSE A FUCKING WOODEN COFFIN WAS CLOSED")
So don't worry - Santa Klaus will stick around till Plec gets bored of him and turns him into background character who appears every 20 episodes, like she did with Katherine.
Also - you would have to be INCREDIBLY naive to buy ANYTHING these writers are saying. Remember how they hyped up "HUGE SHOCKING DEATHS" in S2 Masquerade episode and it ended up being two fucking extras we have seen for the first time ever?
TVD writers love to talk big about death, but the cold hard truth is that it means nothing in this show - evenmore so with all the ghost-world nonsense.
