     I know ugh, Fuckimg daggering your own family to build a new family, pisses me off like no joke. He's so immature for his age, recall in 3x18 he told her they aren't responsible for each other and that he'll start a new family when he leaves town. I just can't LOL. The cure is totally a twist or backfire like the moonstone and sun/moon curse

     And that pseudo family of his isn't loyal either,so whats the point of treating your family (who btw has always been there for him)like shit.He should have stopped obsessing over the hybrids when he came to know of Tyler's broken bond,he tried to kill him for godsake.Why does he still want trust them over his own family?you're right.i don't think they'd cure Elena cure tho,the fans would literally kill J.P.i kinda sorta just want an inetrspecies war lol.

     Well that's the thing, ppl were already speculating that a cure would be written in (right after we saw Bonnie trying to undo it), as a backup plan incase viewers weren't impressed with vamp!Elena. As for trust, he only trusts the hybrids bc he knows they're sired, but like you said, after Tyler breaking it you'd think he'd loosen up the obsession. Even Elijah cried with Rebekah when they thought he died, so really, I can never tell if he's just in denial that people care about him or if he just doesn't care. Rebekah said "I loved you through everything" and his response was "GIVE IT BACK " LOL. That's why I agreed with Elena (for once), when she said he wants a backup family brvause he fears his real family will turn on him. His plan was always to be with them again once mikael died. The hybrids are just protection, that's what he's obsessed about, but DUDE they die like flies.

     Idk,Esther did mention a spell to turn the vamps human in 3x15,thats how she was going to kill them.I think Klaus knows his siblings love him,he just takes them forgranted.i don't think he really trusts them tho.i absolutely believe it when he says he doesn't trust anyone coz he really doesn't.what i wanna know is what made him like this,you could say a 1000years would make anyone cynical but he hardly acts his age so why this?As for his fears of his family turning on him,it does make sense,he treated them like shit.Also if the hybrids were just for protection,why does he need them now,Mikael and Esther are already dead.what more does he need?

     Klaus has glorified that hybrid army idea for a 1000 years, (he did lie to them about killing Esther, so in a way it was a back up family from the beginning) it was obviously hard for him to let it go even when the hybrids proved to be worthless.

      

     I can never tell if he's just in denial that people care about him or if he just doesn't care.

     Yea it is,you should try it,it's really good.Caroline and the originals are childgood friends,Rebekah and Caroline are bffs and Klaus and Caroline are best friends who fall in love as they grow up,there's Tatia and the love square(Tatia,Caroline,Elijah,Klaus)too.lots of angst.ahhh,i'm just waiting for the writer to turn them into vampires,gosh its gonna be soo good.
