     She killed him over the obsession of freeing Damon's compulsion. Go ahead and continue applauding her Selfish reasons for doing it are also a plus. 

     Book Elena killed a fucking god and exploded half-the-hell(which apparantly would have resulted in nigh-apocalypse on earth had the books continued), just because Damon got hurt. She then apparantly tried the same upon the beings that pretty much hold the whole reality together for the same reason. 

     Its way too late in the show and it makes no sense considering her mary sue characterization, but its nto something I would oppose and as I said before, this should have been happening way earlier, S1-S2, earlier, with none of that "caring good girl" crap.

     fine, let's say Kol was a maniac murderer but how Elena knew that his blood line were tha same with him and decide to kill them too?? maybe some of them were like her or her friends!!!! like caroline or bonnies mam! i m telling this double standards Elena Gilbert!!!!

     lolololol Good Job Plec, you have won the idiot award.

     For trying so hard to make Elena the centre of attention and expecting for viewers to bend over  backwards for her like everyone in mystic falls but ended up making the viewers want to kill Elena with pitchforks
