    DE fanbase comes from:

    1. TVD BOOKS, Where both Elena and Damon and delena are frigging epic (hint: they pretty much based tv-show-Katherine upon book-Elena).
    2. S1 of TVD, where DE was very very very nice thhing.

    Worst part of that? No one NO ONE will call them out on their bullshit. And they will continue screwing up the world bringing forth armageddon.

    I love Damon's POV and how he reacted when he realized he had feelings for her. Something around "WTF is this, go away feelings, I'm now gonna get me a drink!"

    I also prefer the Book Vamps over the ones on TV. They are more awesome and can play with your mind much better. Just remember when Catarina (I remember it was her) made a storm to drown Elena while she drove on a bridge or something like that.

    And Stefan thinks she's dead and before, some guys from school (I think they were Tyler's friends) locked him up, so he thinks he could've saved her and then goes back to the guys and bites/kills them or something like that. No crying, just freaking out.

    Sadly, I don't think that would ever happen in the show. Couldn't even be possible. TVD Show Vamps can't control the weather.
