    I like Nina and I think she's a good actress. But I feel she's just lacking that one quality for a leading role. I watch Candice and I see the whole package. She hits on every emotion possible and make's you feel what she's feeling. She's the only girl on the show that can make you laugh as well. Do you think when they casted the parts that they made a mistake by not casting Candice as a lead role? I'm actually glad they didn't because we wouldn't have the Caroline character that we all love.

    And about the JoMo thing my intention wasn't to make u cry...when i found out i was shocked so i thought u guys might be but u already knew

    @VampBarbie Caroline scenes have never made me LOL or cry like Damon or Katherine scenes...justsayin

    Yes. Damon scenes in season 2 certainly made me cry...out in anger over the writer's stupidity.

    I am sure that majority of real world people, including the btvs characters who were quite realistic in their thinking, would be dumbfounded first on how such person as Miss Cardboard can exist and would assume she is some kind of hellbeast :)

    • Scenario 1: Either Faith or Buffy "accidentally" stake Elena "by mistake", repeatedly. Bonus points for buffy stealing Damon from ELena's love interests. 
    • Scenario 2: "Bored Now".
    • Scenario 3: "hey Katherine, don't you have any wishes about Elena? x) "
    • Scenario 4: "baby likes his supper" - elena version.
    • Scenario 5: Cordelia sees Elena.  a lump of charcoal remains.
    • Scenario 5: fireball to the face.
    • Scenario 6: Harmony(of all people) gets horrified by Elena's blindness. eats her face.

    I have wondered why people call her Mary Sue. While it is mostly true, a characteristic of Mary Sue(s) is that they are the best at pretty much everything, like she was in Star Trek(she got captain or lietenant or something at the age of 15). And Elena tends to suck at most things she does in TVD. She slacks from school, her plans/decisions get a bunch of people killed, she make her brother forget which then later bites her in the ass. I don't think we have seen anything that she did really well in general.

     I suppose she is good at helping Carol at the dusins of mayer parties. . .

    A Mary Sue is also perfect by everyone standards and no fault is her own which is Elena.
