Anyone who loves delena, and anyone who doesn't, needs to watch this. The former, you will fall in love all over again. The latter, it may even change your mind. It's that amazing. >3

ahhh loved it! and I love that song...it was in gossip girl! :)

That was great! But I think they should have chosen a different song.. That song belongs to Chuck and Blair in Gossip Girl. Although, in my eyes, their relationship is broken beyond repair, I still like them the way they were prior to the hiatus in S3..and this song reminds me of a time when I still had hope for Chair.

Damon and Elena's song = Bloodstream by Stateless. Always will be :)

They have so much chemistry together. Makes me wonder if they are dating in real life (even if she said that she doesn't date co-stars). But I'm still not sure if I want Delena to happen. Why should the girl always choose for the 'bad' guy? In the books Stefan was really here soulmate, but in series there's a lot more Delena time.

I love the vid. Damon and Elena do have a lot of chemistry. But one problem I do have with the series is how predictable it is. Naturally Julie and Kevin have given us twists and turns that are not only surprising but refreshing. Yet, when I consistently read that Stelena are soulmates it creates a yawn factor for me. I like stelena, but I feel as the viewer I'm being robbed of the surprise element at the end.

It is like going into a book store and reading the first chapter. I start to wonder which character will be together at the end. And then, the writers whisper the answer in my ear. If this happens, they have ruined the book for me. Stelena is the predictable ship for the end of this series. I really hope the writers don't take an easy, I-knew-this-was-coming approach.

Why should the girl always choose for the 'bad' guy?

Actually, I have seen tons of movies where the girl doesn't end up with the bad guy. She ends up with the guy she'd met at the beginning, and through opposition and trials, she manages to make it back to him at the closing credits.

Whether stelena or delena becomes endgame, I guess what I want is for the writers to shock me. :)

haha i DO think nina has a crush on ian. i have video interview evidence to support that. but he has a girlfriend and unless he's a cheater, it's pretty much irrelevant.

i think the 'endgame' argument is completely irrelevant. and as a stelena fan i say this. i think a) it's way too early to call it. i'm content with knowing that stelena as a couple is unlike any other couple on the show or that could possibly happen on the show. if you wanna call them traditional and 'boring' that's your opinion. i find them passionate (which is a derivative of chemistry) and interesting on their own merit. the history stefan has and the history elena has. i think they mesh well. i think they do have chemistry and i think delena could as well, but it's all subjective anyway. i've learned that in fandom, especially around the tvfanatic boards, people just see what they want to see and will argue to the annoying depths about everything that 'is not.'

b) delena hasn't even happened yet so how could stelena be end game? we never know, elena could get a taste of damon and have her world completely rocked. i think people attach 'endgame' to stelena just because of the 'traditional' ness of the couple but really, all that does is show bias. as a stelena fan, again i say this. realistically it's just too early to call it.

i also think it will be irrelevant cause there's a good chance elena will be turned at some point. and when that happens, the neverending love triangle will be endgame.

i also leave out the chance that some fuckery could happen, like i'll admit, i'm not really a huge fan of that 'delena' (but was really katherine) kiss just because it serves damon up as the ultimate assclown. either way you cut it, you cannot escape the fact that stefan and his fandom would be feeling betrayed once delena happens. my only hope is that delena happens in a way that won't ruin stelena forever or in a way that stelena was prop to it. i can deal with the latter, but as a stelena fan... if she cheats i wouldn't give two shits if stelena is endgame or not because in my opinion, elena would completely deserve damon.

if you wanna call them traditional and 'boring' that's your opinion.

Who called them boring? I do think they have chemistry as well. I specifically said the predictable ending would be a yawn factor. Stelena is the ship people see at the end, ergo, the writers have to add something more to their happy ending. Othewise I will feel I have been submerged into the happily ever after fuckery zone from hell.

b) delena hasn't even happened yet so how could stelena be end game? we never know, elena could get a taste of damon and have her world completely rocked. i think people attach 'endgame' to stelena just because of the 'traditional' ness of the couple but really, all that does is show bias. as a stelena fan, again i say this. realistically it's just too early to call it.

I do believe it is early, but at the same time I know Julie favors stelena a lot. And the whole soulmates argument has been bounced around by tons of stelena fans on other sites. So the point, I was making is stelena is the ship everyone would "expect" to be the endgame and the writers have to add an element of surprise to the end of the series to pull it off effectively.

i also think it will be irrelevant cause there's a good chance elena will be turned at some point. and when that happens, the neverending love triangle will be endgame.

Endless possibilities there. What bugs me is when fans use the whole "We've seen the bad boy, bad girl scenario a lot", but the truth is I've seen it the opposite way a lot as well.

The proverbial elephant in the room can't be ignored no matter how many times people wish it away.

i can deal with the latter, but as a stelena fan... if she cheats i wouldn't give two shits if stelena is endgame or not because in my opinion, elena would completely deserve damon.

Same here. I don't want the writers to fuck up delena. In my opinion, they could be just as great as stelena if the writers take their time and don't detract away from the beauty of stelena in the process. So far, they have been realistic, but I hope Kevin and Julie keeps an open mind.

Julie loves stelena, so it leaves me wondering will I get the shock I want at the end. I do love surprises. :)

Btw, for those who thought I was bashing stelena in my previous posts, that couldn't possibly be further from the truth. I'm amazed how "some" stelena fans think their ship is being attacked when I make a general observation about the plot and ending of the show.

Comprehension much?
