Ugh, is the feeling I have after every new episode - its such crap that they are trying to sell us the idea of whom vampire Elena is better suited for. Fuck this, the writers completely misuderstand the whole point of the books and how the triangle was supposed to work - human and vampire book Elena was perfect for both brothers in both her states - because she had the character to back it up. Here it is complete bull, and every word that came out of Katherine's mouth was 100% true - Elena is annoying and dull in both her forms - human and vampire - LOL everyone still dies and puts their lives on the line for her. Guys, nothing has changed since s2, Elena may have become a vampire but the tune remains the same - save Elena. And the worst thing is she feels so much sorry for herself, she never even took the time to think about all the deaths that happened because of her - like to make any conclusions and realize that hey, maybe its cos of my dumb decisions everyone is dying. She didn't even mention her real biological father giving up his life for her during that memorial episode. And she is such a hypocrite, she calls out Stefan on lying to her but has she been honest about everything with him, how she goes behind his back to Damon? Shipper crap aside, that she is just her being a stupid hypocrite and I am actually glad Stefan broke up with her, cos srsly how much bull crap can he take from her?
Overall, if it wasn;t for Joseph Morgan and occasional appearances by Daniel Gillies, I would not be tuning into this crap anymore.

@Liza, I feel you. I also thought being a vampire just magnifies the characteristics You Have already but alas in this case it seems they have forgotten that. Because as bland and boring as human Elena was she didn't have the backbone to kill anyone or let alone play snatch, feed, erase. She would have found a way to go through it. That was supposed to play out in her vampire transition. Guess they're going to blame the blood on all this when they find out that somehow they've written her into a corner and want to redeem her back into saint Elena.Posted 11/16/2012 4:21:43 PM #
