Let's just say that there are similar plotlines in tvd and btvs, execpt that btvs makes them work.

It took me forever to start watching it and I thought I wouldn't like it, but I just finished season 4 and I absolutely love it. You should definitely watch it. It's sooooo good.

Season Five is possibly my favorite season of the whole show(frankly its sort of a tie between last three seasons) because everything that happened starts coming together.
The brilliance is rewatching S4 finale AFTER the show is finished and noticing every little plotline that happened being foreshadowed there.
Frankly, the only thing that is NOT a foreshadowing in the fourth season finale is a Cheese Man.
I especially loved how it brought back the foreshadowing from third season finale - the whole 7 - 3 - 0 numbers that Faith mentioned in that dream("Oh yes, miles to go, little miss muffet counting down from 7 3 0") - in S4 finale you see Buffy waking up in a dream and looking at the clock that shows 7:30, only to be told that "that number is completely off by now", as well as the implication that Faith And Buffy had the same dream (at the start of this year's girl, with the bed and the stabbing)

Just a side note - from the start of BTVS S4 its recomended to watch Angel the series as well, as the plots of the shows intersect (for example S4 Buffy episode "Harsh Light of Day" leads to Angel episode "Into The Dark" which leads to Buffy episode "Fear Itself", and the events of Buffy's 4x16 "Who Are You" continues in the next two Angel episodes, "Five By Five" and "Sanctuary", that are latter refered to in Buffy's 4x20 "Yoko Factor")

I wanted to ask you about Angel. You think I should watch it? I know that Cordelia is like the most important character after Angel and I LOVE Cordelia. But I'm not the biggest Angel fan. And it's not the same without Buffy. What do you think?
