This is how evil is bread: from lack of kindness, forgiveness and compassion.    Had they showed Regina that her efforts to reform were worth something, she would have had more incentive to stay good.  Now who knows?   She only wanted to change for Henry and if she doesnt feel needed in Henry's life than Snow clan are better watch out.

     Emma has magic. So what does that mean? Who is Emma and why couldn't Cora take out her heart?Called this since S1, when she kept doing magical stuff without realizing, up to the point of even altering reality to fit her denial

     I agree. Its essentially that while Henry is accepting her, others around him do not want that. Rumple being a douchebag also does not help the matters.

     • One second he manipulates Regina, plots behind the schemes and acts all sinister.
     • Then he turns around and acts completely honest and clueless with Emma("Yes Emma, you totally did it all by yourself because you are daughter born from true love....its not like I was the one who set that true love in motion...Oh wait i was")

     I understand why they didn't include regina at the end of the last ep but i have a feeling isolating her is going to back fire on them, especially now that Cora is in storybrooke and it makes me nervous :(   also is it wrong to still hope for captain swan?

     People think that Emma has magic because she's the product of true love. But I don't think it's just that. I think it was more because she was ready to sacrifice herself to save her mother. 

     Also that Mulan/Aurora scene...wanky!!!

     I'm sooooo excited for the second half of the season.

     we knew she has magic - she already used it before(falldown in the mines, short-circuiting the electricity when slamming her car door in the first episode, litterally not being able to see August's wooden leg, Maleficent reanimating herself the moment she touched her, etc).

      

     Overall it uses the same CGI effect as True Love's Kiss, so it has to be true love, but why, emma? No idea, possibly because rumple arranged it that way.
