Its neither of those. Its about certain someone possibly sleeping with certain someone that is enough for certain parts of fanbase to declare the show "ruined forever", lol.

He clearly knows about the curse though. From what people who know about that stuff gather, he was either adding pages to the book or repairing the book.

i really love this show. all the ladies are phenomenal. i dont really like prince charming though...
