     But the networks don't care about amount of viewers, they care about the target demo, that's why TVD is stlll considered CW's highest rated show even though Arrow has more viewers. Revenge got a 1.4 rating last night, that's as well as TVD does on a good night.

     bigger networks pay attention to both.

      

      

     Person of Interest is pulling a VERY SHITTY target-demo rating, but gets ~11-16 million viewers per episode, so CBS treats it like king of shows. ABC works in similar fashion. 

     Once the total-viewers goes too low, target demo starts to matter to them and the show is toast(ex: ABC's treatment of Legend of the Seeker).

     Oh I hope so. 

     Don't ge tme wrong, Emily's methods this season were awesome so far, but she did not get very far in her goals and just danced around it all.
