Hey, so sorry i have to make this thread, but i went back like 45 pages and couldn't find the Ringer thread we once had(this isn't a Ringer thread, but a good amount of regulars here seemed interested, and i figured i would share it:)), so i had to make this. Anyway i was freaking excited after watching it, it seems very very promising.
not new, has been discused in the ringer thread already and we even had the list of nouns used to describe every character, which gave some very conflicting results for certain one character
Oh. . .
Well it just popped up as if it was new on the BtVS site on FB, so i figured it might be new.
I keep wondering on how would tvd change if they suddenly appointed whedon as main producer of it? :P
I don't think Whedon would get appointed. I think he would be begged, ad then he would say no:O
First off no way he is gonna top off BtVS with the material at hand. And i think he once said he wouldn't do more vampire show(Or maybe that was SMG i actually don't remember).
it was SMG before well, her life plans went to hell :P
IMO Whedon would do wonders with the source material alone. But one thing he would ask is bigger budget :P
We would most likely get the "mystic falls besieged by demons" storyline from the books in some very epic manner. Damon would stop crying. Steffan would go evil and try to open the Dark Dimension stuff from the books only to get sucked into it. Elena would get interesting.
So you think he could top off BtVS with it:O?
He would not obviously, but he would top current tvd with his tvd :P
this has new footage though :P
Also, Shintaro Shimosawa joined the writing staff. He is best known for Grudge as well as certain best episodes of tv show Dead Zone (The collector, which involved one of the most infuriating and unexpected plot twists and intense atmosphere, as well as Looking Glass, which involved the most well crafted psychopaths possible)
